30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be in the same condition as received—unused, with labels (if applicable), and in their original packaging.
How to Arrange Returns
To start the return process, contact us at info@munch-box.co.uk. Returns must be sent to our warehouses in Watford or Hemel Hempstead. Send us a message to initiate the return process.
Returns for non-faulty goods are at our sole discretion. To be considered for return:
- Goods must be unopened, in the same condition as dispatched, and undamaged.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless incorrect goods were sent.
- We are not liable for goods lost or damaged during transit.
Once received and inspected by our warehouse, we will process your refund. A 10% restocking fee may apply to cover re-shrink-wrapping or packaging costs for hygiene purposes.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately (within 24 hours) if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. To authenticate the claim, you’ll need to provide photographs of the packaging and/or damaged items as soon as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).
- Custom products (e.g., personalized or special-order items).
- Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, the quickest option is to return the original item (following the return process). Once accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the desired item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 2-3 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
